  • Support via phone calls, emails, or texts that do not necessitate a site visit to resolve issues.
  • Bid requests or quotes are exempt from the remote support time limit.

Additional Support:

  • Beyond the included support, remote service is billed in 15-minute increments.
  • On-site support or site visits are billed at a reduced rate with a 1-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour.

Pricing is scaled to meet your needs, and can be billed per-user, per-endpoint, or at a flat rate for the entire company.
